Welcome to Tejas Hotel. By booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A valid credit card or advance payment is required to secure a booking.
  • Room rates are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  • Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the check-in date to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Payment

  • All charges must be settled upon check-in or check-out. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Any incidental expenses incurred during the stay must be paid before departure.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in.
  • All personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items unless kept in the hotel’s safe deposit.
  • Guests must comply with hotel policies, including noise control and respecting other guests’ privacy.
  • Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms or designated non-smoking areas. A cleaning fee may be applied for violations.

5. Damage to Property

  • Guests are liable for any damages caused to the hotel’s property during their stay.
  • Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.

6. Liability

  • Tejas Hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings while on the hotel premises.
  • In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings without prior notice.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless specifically stated in the booking details or approved by the hotel in advance.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Tejas Hotel respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information collected during the booking process will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any disputes, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts where Tejas Hotel is located.

10. Modifications

  • Tejas Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
